Before registering for the 2022 Spring Season, please establish membership with U.S. Lacrosse or renew membership.  You will need a US Lax membership # and an expiration date valid for the entire season (post June 15th, 2022) to register with Lynbrook Titans Youth Lacrosse. The annual Youth membership fee with U.S. Lacrosse is $30.

Because of the liability insurance requirements of the League, all players are REQUIRED to be current members in US Lacrosse and its medical plan in order to play.
