The SPGSA thrives thanks to the dedication of volunteers like you, and we truly appreciate your involvement. This season, all parents will be assigned a date to volunteer in the concession stand. As the games cannot begin until the concession stand is open, your support is crucial. If you prefer not to volunteer your time but would like to watch the game or support a student looking to earn extra income, we’ve got you covered! You can contact one of the students listed below, and they would be happy to assist you. All of the girls on this list are student athletes, so we strongly recommend getting in contact with them as soon as possible. The fee is $20 per game, payable in cash directly to the student at the start of their shift. Please also check in with them at the end of the shift, as well as during the game, to ensure they don’t need any assistance. For legal and safety reasons, only the assigned parent/guardian or the approved teenagers listed below are permitted to work in the concession stand. If you are unable to find a teen to cover your shift or are unable to swap with another parent, please notify your coach in advance. When reaching out to the parent and teenager, kindly include both in your message, as the parent will be responsible for transportation. Please remember not to share these phone numbers outside of the SPGSA community without prior permission from both the parent and the student. These contacts are for concession stand purposes only, in order to respect the privacy and safety of the minors involved.

A few important reminders:
● Please arrive 30 minutes early to start opening the concession stand. The counter
should be open about 15 minutes before the game starts and should remain open until
most people are heading to their vehicles.
● If you have a teenager working the concession stand and the game is canceled or
moved to Evans, please make sure to notify both the parent and the child. Thank you for
your help with this!
