Information for Conditioning Athletes
TOTC Conditioning Program Packet 2018
Running is great exercise for all athletes (football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading,
dance, lacrosse, golf, tennis, baseball, softball, swimming, wrestling and hockey). If you play a
sport, it’s a great idea to stay in shape over the summer. The best athletes stay in shape all year
So come on out and train with us! Our conditioning program, designed by certified track and
conditioning coaches, will keep you in shape over the summer. If you already run track, the
coaches will help you with track technique (blocks, hurdles, field) as well as straight conditioning. Athletes that do not run track will only work on conditioning and will not work on
Training fees: $90 per month.
Athletes may attend 2 conditioning practices per week.
**Note: Conditioning athletes will not compete at track meets. They will only train with the
team members. Conditioning athletes will engage in the same training sessions as the team members.
TEAM OHIO TRACK CLUB PRACTICE SCHEDULE
