If a game is going to be called due to rain, the hotline will be updated by 3:00 pm on game day

• Any decision after 3:00 pm will be made at the fields by the umpires
• If the 5:15 pm games are rained out then all 6:45 pm games will also be rained out

If a game has been rained out, you will be notified of the make-up game by the BESA Vice President.  The rescheduled game will also be posted on the BESA Schedule within one week of the rained out game.  In some cases, the make-up game may need to be scheduled on a day that is not your regular playing night.  All make-up games are subject to change.
