Registration for CMRC Soccer 2016 is now open. A few practical remarks before you register your player(s):

1. We only accept online registrations and payments.
   
   
2. For 2016, Hot Shots fees are $90, In-House and Travel are $95, and Teens are $50. The Family Cap is set at $225, but ONLY if you register all your players at the same time.
   
   
3. Ordinary registration will run until July 31, 2016. You can still register after this date; however, you will be charged an extra fee, and your player(s) will be placed on the wait list, until we can place her or him on a team. On 8/1/2016, the Family Cap will be increased to $240.
   
   
4. You may withdraw your player at any time prior to Opening Day, and receive a full refund. We will charge you a $5 fee for returning your payment to cover our cost. We do not refund registration fees after Opening Day.
   
   
5. If your player is interested in playing Travel Soccer, please ensure that you select the Travel option when you register your player. Please note that your travel player must be registered with CMRC Soccer whether s/he is joining a CMRC or a BSC team. Travel players not appropriately registered by 8/31/2016 will not be eligible to play for neither CMRC nor BSC.
   
   
6. The Registration system will suggest the appropriate program for your player; if you don't see what you had expected to see, please contact Jim Campbell or Thomas Beckwith for help.
   
   
7. Please note that age groups in the Registration system now follow the calendar year. As we speak, the In-House age groups haven't been set in stone, but we will ensure that your player gets assigned to the appropriate age group. If your player turns eight in 2016, s/he would be a U09 player. Likewise, if your player turns 11 in 2016, s/he would be a U12 player. See table for further information.
   
   
8. We require our Hot Shots players to be at least 4 years old by 1/1/2016. If you register a player younger than this, and we are unable to find coaches willing to coach your player, we retain the right to cancel your registration (and refund your registration fee). The total number of Hot Shot players is set to 125 for the season, to ensure the best possible experience for the players. We do not accept any further registrations to Hot Shots after 8/31/2016!
   
   
9. The Teen age group is for players who want to play recreational soccer, but are too old to fit into the In-House program. Any player 12 years or older can register as a Teen.
   
   
10. Please ensure that the data you fill into the system is correct. There is nothing more frustrating than signing up your player, and not hear back from us, because your email address or your phone number was incorrect. Or signing your 45 pound player up for an Adult Large jersey.
    
    
11. When you register (and pay), please ensure that you click the "Return to CMRC" option. If you don't, your payment will "hang" until we can sort it out, which may well take some time.
    
    
12. If you want your player to try out for travel soccer, your registration MUST be recorded by May 20, 2016! We cannot guarantee your player a tryout opportunity if you are not signed up by then!
