Coach Shaw is a native from Detroit Michigan where he attends Chadsey  High School, where he played baseball, football, basketball and track after Graduation from high school. Coach Shaw attend Eastern Michigan University, after competing his first year at Eastern he leave Eastern and joined the military where he continue to play baseball, basketball and football with the military traveling team. After 10 years playing oversea with the military and received 6 years of MVP in basketball and baseball Coach Shaw started his coaching career in Germany with American High School Teams and won two championship before returning back to the states. Coach Shaw continues his education and received degrees in criminal, justice, emotional behavior, education and sociology. Coach Shaw has being coaching for the next 20 years and winning many championships on all levels including semi-professional Level. Coach Shaw organized a women basketball program in Atlanta Ga. at Fort McPherson, Ga. where he won the first ever   Women Basketball championship on the post in the 100 years history for a women sport or any sport on that post. Coach Shaw did not stop there he continue to build a women program in the Atlanta area where he coached over 100 different ladies in 10 years, and winning 7 championship for a women teams, not only did he coach a women division he Coach at Woodland Middle School in East Point, Ga. and winning 6 Championship for the school. Coach Shaw started and owned his own professional women and men's professional team known as the Jaguars since 2000, Coach Shaw had a Men's division in the Professional ABA Basketball League for two years, and Currently still had a women division in the Women Drew league In Los Angeles Ca. Coach Shaw was a former Basketball Scout for the Net scouting LLC and currently coaching in the women division. Coach Shaw currently holds AA degrees in criminal justice, AA emotional behavior, BS in sociology and a minor degree in Education. Coach Shaw is a 20 year disabled veteran that served tours in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Germany and Afghanistan just to name a few.

• Coach Darmstadt Germany Boys High School Basketball (two undefeated seasons)
• Middle School Basketball Coach (10 Years) 4 time Champion
• Organize Summer Basketball   and Lunch program for 200 children (4 years)
• Coach of the Year Award (4 years)     Coach started a non- profit organization in 2004 for      underprivileged, disabled veterans and the homeless and   currently still working with the communities as a non profit   organization .

Malcolm Maackey, is a native from Tenn and was hall of Famer from Gerogia Tech University, a former Phoenix SUN NBA Player currently residing in Atlanta as the Jaguars Team Advisor and mentor. 

Malcolm is a memeber of the Masonic Order in Atlanta Ga.
