1. Wildfire 18U - Paulson Mission & Philosophy

The goal of the Wildfire 18U organization is to provide athletes with a positive, challenging, and rewarding environment. The focus is to develop players, prepare them for collegiate sports, and assist with the recruiting process. Emphasis is put on team goals, life skills and player development. Success is measured by the process, not the result.

2. Leadership

Manager: George Paulson

Coach Paulson is a graduate of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA. He was a four year starter on the Yellow Jacket tennis team and went on to play professional tennis for two years.

George started the Wildfire organization in 2006 and has been coaching competitive softball for over ten years. His strengths are the mental aspects of the game and understanding what it takes to play at the next level.
