1.  All players are expected to behave in sportsmanlike manner. No foul language or violent behaviors will be tolerated. Any player who will act in an unsportsmanlike conduct will be ejected from the game and possibly from the tournament. The commissioner will make the final decision on tournament suspensions.

2.  The actions of players, managers, coaches and league officials must be above reproach. Any player, manager, coach, league representative who is involved in a verbal or physical altercation, or an incident of unsportsmanlike conduct, at the game site or any other PBL Orlando activity, is subject to disciplinary action by the officers and Board of Director or PBL Orlando. 

3.  No player, manager, coach, game official, PBL officer or spectator shall:

• Physically attack, trip, push, shove, strike, or threaten to strike anyone. 

• Impose personal verbal or physical abuse upon any official for any real or imaginary belief of a wrong decision or judgment. 

• Be guilty of an objectionable demonstration of dissent at an official’s decision by throwing of  balls, or any other forceful unsportsmanlike action. 

• Challenge the referee’s authority. 

• Use unnecessarily rough tactics in the play of a game against the body of an opposing player. 

• Speak or act in a disrespectful, demeaning or unsportsmanlike manner towards any player, official, coach, manager or spectator. 

• Use any profane, obscene or vulgar language or gesture(s) in any manner, at any time. 

• Appear on the court, stands or near the stands, while in an intoxicated state or what reasonably appears to be in such a state. 

• Gamble or bet upon any play or outcome of any game. 

• Smoke or use tobacco products, or what could be confused with tobacco products by a youth, when in team uniform during the game. 

• Publicly discuss in a derogatory, demeaning or abusive manner any play, decision or personal opinion on any player, official, coach, manager or spectator. 

• Willfully, or repeatedly, violate any safety rules.

• Tamper with or manipulate any League rosters, schedules, official scorebooks, rankings, financial records, policies or procedures, or the minutes of any official League meeting. 

4.  When dealing with an irate player, the team manager or team captain will be approached to control the player. If he/she fails to handle the situation or the player ignores the team manager or team captain and continues with the inappropriate behavior, the player will be ejected from the game and be requested to leave the premises. The referee will make every attempt to continue game play.

5.  If the player refuses to leave within a reasonable amount of time, the game will be declared a forfeit.

6.  Fighting, baiting of players or verbal abuse to other players, staff or officials will not be tolerated. Players guilty of these infractions will be suspended indefinitely.

7. Team managers or team captains are responsible for informing their players of all rules and to ensure that they conform to them.

8.  Leaving the bench during an altercation will result in disqualification from the game.

9.  Using profane and inappropriate language or obscene gestures will result in a technical foul or ejection from the game. Any player ejected from a game due to inappropriate behavior will be suspended for the next scheduled game.

10.  Disrespectfully addressing or baiting or taunting an opponent will result in a technical foul minimum/maximum ejection from game.

11.  Any player ejected from a game (for any reason other than personal fouls) is automatically suspended from the team's next scheduled game.

SEXUAL ABUSE POLICY 
This organization prohibits and has a zero tolerance for any sexual abuse and will take all allegations of sexual abuse seriously. We will promptly and thoroughly investigate whether sexual abuse has taken place and report the incident to the police as indicated. This organization will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by law enforcement or other regulatory agencies. A detailed Sexual Abuse Policy is on file with the Corporate Secretary and is available for review upon request.
