Clinics start November 29, 2017 @ 7:30pm until 9pm 

The next 5 dates are 12/06, 12/13, 12/20, 01/03 & 01/10

2nd Session times and dates:

7pm-9pm 01/17, 01/24, 01/31, 02/07, 02/21, & 02/28

Winter Clinics will be held at Heritage Hills Athletic Club every Wednesday evening starting November 29th 2017 and running through February 28th 2018. 

Clinics will be set up as two sessions - Sessions 1 going from November 29th thru January 10th and Session 2 will start January 17th running thru  February 28th.  

Clinics will consist of stick work, shooting, off ball defense and offense and how to adapt in game situations. 

Clinics will be available to grades 8th -12th.  We will have 2 levels of play, a Varsity level which consists of 10th-12th graders who previously played Varsity lacrosse at their respective HS.  The JV level will consist of 8th thru 10th graders who did not play at the Varsity level last year. 

The cost for BOTH sessions is $300 for 12 - 90/120 minute clinics.

If you can only do the first or second session the cost is $175 per session. 

We will limit the clinics to 20 JV and 20 Varsity level players, once the clinics have filled to capacity, we will create a waiting list.
