Basketball Registration for the
2015 -2016 Season is NOW CLOSED!
Limited playing opportunities in the following programs only:
BOYS 15.18 (no high school players. Frosh / JV / Varsity)
GIRLS 13.16 (no Varisty high school players)
If you wish to register please follow the procedures listed below.
Please email Trent Thames at: tlthames@gmail.com
Provide the following:
Child's name / Boy-Girl / Date of birth / Desired age group to play in
If we have an opening in that age group Trent will send you an applicaiton to be completed and returned to him with a check that is to include a $10 late fee.
If we do not have an opening Trent will email you that you are on a waiting list.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AND ALLOW TRENT 48 HOURS TO GET BACK TO YOU. WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS.
Important Registration Information....
If you get an application to complete please follow the directions below: Please take your time to ensure that only the nights they CANNOT practice are checked. When completing the online application you will be asked to put a check mark next to any nights of the week that your child CANNOTpractice. Age determination date is September 1, 2015 - examples:
(A) Participant birth date is 7.25.2003 they are considered 12 years old
(B) Participant birth date is 11.18.2003 they are considered 11 years old
