2022 Subway Cup
The Subway Cup round robin stage will begin on July 7th. Below are the rules for the format we adopted during the last season we played.
- The third and 4th round of Regular Season games will now also count as Subway Cup games. (Games starting July 7th till August 11th)
- The result at the end of regulation will determine the point allocation for the Regular Season
- If the game is tied at the end of regulation play there will be a shootout to determine the winner in order to determine the point allocation for Subway Cup play
- Discipline will no longer be separated between Regular Season and Cup play
- All teams will advance to play in the semi-final games for Subway Cup
Subway Cup point allocation
- Win in regulation = 3 points
- Win in shootout = 2 points
- Loss in shootout = 1 point

2019 Subway Cup Format
The format of this season's Subway Cup has been modified due to the league now only playing one night a week. We want to maintain the Regular Season format of playing each opponent 3 times so to accommodate this the format is changed to the following.
- The second round of Regular Season games will now also count as Subway Cup games. (Games starting July 4 till August 1)
- The result at the end of regulation will determine the point allocation for the Regular Season
- If the game is tied at the end of regulation play there will be a shootout to determine the winner in order to determine the point allocation for Subway Cup play

- The top 4 teams will advance to play in the semi-final games for Subway Cup
