IMPORTANT SCHOLASTIC INFORMATION FROM JELISSA PRICE, LYAA SCHOLASTIC COORINATOR

Report cards from last school year must state that the athlete is promoted to the next grade. (Must be on school letterhead)

Scholastic Eligibility Form:

-Required if previous report card is not available

-Must include progress report dates 9/1/5-10/15/25

-Required for any student athlete with below C average from the previous school year

SCHOLASTIC FORMS CAN BE FOUND IN THE FORMS SECTION

All American Applications are due by 10/01/25

-All forms are submitted online only thru the following link
