Jen(Huff)Scannell: Co-Owner

Jen owns the gym with her husband, Dan..She was an elite level gymnast for MarVaTeens in Rockville, MD, coached by Ruth Ann McBride. Jen competed in 4 Championships of the USA, but her fondest gymnastics accomplishment was winning the Mid-West Open (Chicago), in 1975. Jen earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland where she was also the first All American gymnast (floor) for Maryland.

Jen was the assistant coach for the University of Nebraska upon graduating from Maryland. She has been coaching/teaching gymnastics for over 20 years.
Dimitar “Mitko” Lountchev: Gym Manager/ Boys & Girls Team Head Coach

Professional Member of USA Gymnastics and Safety Certified. Mitko has been with Gymnastics & More since 2000. He was a competitor in two Olympic Games (Sydney & Atlanta), four World Championships and three European Championships for Bulgaria.

Mitko has done an exceptional job of developing the boy's program for Gymnastics and More. He oversees all aspects of the program beginning with the developmental/pre-team boys through the higher level competitive teams (through Level 10). Mitko has qualified boys to the Junior Olympic National competition every year since 2000.
Mitko's amazing program has afforded his athletes to attend excellent universities for both academics and athletics. West Point, Ohio State, Penn State, The Naval Academy,  Princeton and Tufts to name a few.


In addition to overseeing the boys Team, Mitko has recently taken on the position of Girls Team head coach. He has continued our legacy of qualifying athletes to both Level 9 Easterns and Level 10 JO Nationals. In 2017 Gym and More had 2 level 9's and 2 level 10's qualify to their respective National Championships.

Mitko resides in Winchester with his wife Teddy, daughter Victoria and enjoys playing golf…. immensely!

Briana DeLucia:Instructor/Girls Team Coach
Briana  joined the Gym and More coaching staff in 2010 after graduating from Southern Connecticut State University. She was a member of the varsity women's gymnastics team for 4 years. Bri qualified to USAG Division 2 Collegiate Nationals for 3 years. She is a 2nd team All American on floor exercise.
Prior to attending SCSU, Bri was a competitive Level 10 gymnast for 3 years. She was a member of the Region 6 level 9 Eastern Championship Team.
Briana coaches the girls pre-team and girls JO Levels 3-10.
She graduated with a B.S. in Journalism and received her Masters in Sports Management at Lasell College. Bri lives in Woburn with her husband Vin and daughter, Milena.  Bri loves to exercise, read and spend time with friends and family.
