- The Five Sundays of September 7, 14, 21, 28 and October 5
- It's a giant puzzle and it takes time
- We generally get a crush of signups after the deadline and up through Labor Day
- And still now after Labor Day, we are still taking a good amount of signups, and that of course affects the rosters, roster creation, and scheduling
- We primarily have only one person handling all logistics for all three Grade Divisions until first pitch on Opening Day, at which time we have people all over northwest Iowa on the ground at our playing locations helping with all various items throughout the fall until the snow flies
- Again there is a huge expressed want and or need to have an even amount of teams, and this is the biggest part of the puzzle that takes time
- We will not email out schedules.
- We greatly prefer to be tardy and accurate with rosters and schedules, than be early and then have to make lots of changes.
- Your high school coaches or your parent coaches or the person that organized your team or teams DO NOT have secret information in regards to schedules.
- For roster creation with individual and small group signups and also schedules, "when the website knows then everyone knows."
- We will answer as many questions as we are able to from your texts, phone calls, emails, and social media messages on Facebook and Instagram, and also please know that if it is regarding roster creation for individual and small group signups and schedules, we will more than likely refer you back here to the website . . . as "when the website knows then everyone knows."
- FOR OPENING DAY/WEEK 1 AND UNTIL THE SCHEDULES COME OUT . . . BE PREPARED TO PLAY AT YOUR FIRST GAME TIME SESSION AND ADJUST FROM THERE. We feel your pain as you want to map out your Sunday. This was a hard one for us to stomach when we started taking our Sioux City Bancrofts High School age team on the road to the south for major nationwide tournaments in the 2000's with dozens and dozens of teams playing until we understood the enormity and magnatude of those tournaments. And also please remember that our 2025 TBD Fall League in all Grade Divisions will have close to 400 players coming from four states to play games all over northwest Iowa for Opening Day this coming Sunday, September 7, so we appreciate your patience in this deliberate process to make it a great experience for our young baseball players playing this fall.
- THEN AFTER WEEK 1, ALL REMAINING SUNDAY'S SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED RIGHT HERE ON THE TBD WEBSITE ON MONDAY BY MIDNIGHT FOR THE NEXT SUNDAY'S GAMES!

- Each location may or may not have stands and you are welcome to bring lawn chairs.
- NOTE, Sgt. Bluff-Luton has removed all stands and bleachers to their new facility so please make sure to bring lawn chairs.
- Each location may or may not have concessions, and you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks
