This BONUS fall baseball camp is included for all players signing up for the TBD Fall League. Kerian played baseball at the University of Illinois, and in his senior season in 2015 he was named Big 10 Player of the Year, 2nd Team All-American, and was Drafted in the 9th Round of the MLB Amatuer Draft by the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball Club. Kerian played for the Nationals in the Minor Leagues in the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Kerian played Independant League Professional Baseball in 2017 with the Windy City Thunderbolts and 2018 with the Sioux City Explorers. After the 2018 season he retired from professional baseball. Kerian, a 2011 Bishop Heelan graduate has returned home to Sioux City to work with baseball. He coaches for 712 Baseball and will be opening up his own baseball facility in the coming months. - Most Outstanding Player of the Champaign Regional after batting .625, slugging 1.625 with two doubles, two home runs and a .750 on-base percentage
- Semifinalist for the 2015 Gregg Olson Award, given to the Breakout Player of the Year
- Career year for the first baseman, hitting .367 with 46 runs, 52 RBI and 16 home runs (12th in NCAA in 2015 and most by an Illini since Dusty Bensko in 2005)
- Had a hit in 49 of 61 games played, most by an Illini in 2015
- Career-best 18-game hitting streak (March 8-April 7), longest by an Illini in 2015
- Posted a 17-game hitting streak from April 13 to May 15, hitting .484 (30-for-62)
- Ranked first in the Big Ten in home runs (16), average (.367), slugging percentage (.667), on-base percentage (.462) and total bases (138); fourth in walks (37); fifth in RBI (52); T-10th in hits (76); 12th in runs (46); and 15th in fielding percentage (.993)
- Hit his 14th home run and doubled in a run against Michigan (5/23) in the Big Ten Tournament
- Went 4-for-6 (.667) with three runs, a home run and three RBI during the Nebraska series, earning second Big Ten Player of the Week honors (May 18)
- Hit .636 (7-of-11) during the Ohio State series, earning his first career Big Ten Player of the Week honors (May 4)
- Launched 13th home run along with a double and three RBI vs. Nebraska (5/15)
- Tied season-high hits (3) and runs (3) vs. Rutgers (5/10), and belted his 12th home run
- Belted 11th home run at Ohio State (5/3) and notched go-ahead two-run single
- Hit first career grand slam at Penn State (4/24)
- Blasted go-ahead two-run home run (9) vs. Eastern Illinois (4/21)
- Belted game-winning two-run home run vs. Missouri (3/31) in the sixth inning
