Anyone looking to Coach at OBC must fill out the following forms and submit for review to the AD or Cheer Director,
1. Coaches Application
2. Background Check
3. General Membership Form.
4. Heads Up Concussion Course Certificate
5. USA Football Certificate (Football Only)
6. YCADA Certificate (Cheer Only)
If you are missing any of forms at time of submission your application will not be accepted for review.
