Voting and Communication Roles –
* In the case of a tie vote the BOD President will cast the tie breaking vote. In the event the President is not presiding or present the tie breaker vote goes to the VP
** Eight permanent voting seats (In event of an absence by the designated voter, the vote will be pushed to the next corresponding coach or alternate position in line as noted above)
*** Parent reps will be responsible to communicate to the team parents they represent. 15U Parent reps will be responsible to communicate to any other age group Prep teams we assemble
