President - Chief executive officer of the League and shall, subject to the control of the Board, have general supervision, direction and control of the business and affairs of the League. Coordinate and administer the rules polices and principles of the USSSA and CBSL.

1st Vice President – Assists the President and in his/her absence will perform the duties of the President. Will Chair the Protest Committee, be responsible for guidance and training of team scorekeepers, prepare game schedules and assist the tournament director in scheduling brackets,

2nd Vice President – Shall be responsible for player relations, for the formation of teams as well as mediate and resolve individual concerns which may be expressed by players and parents. Will oversee evaluations, assist at tryouts in rating of players, assist President in the all star selection process and coordinate all matters pertaining to recruiting of players with Publicity Chairman and Secretary

Division Directors – Division directors are responsible for supervising all respective division activities.

Secretary – Maintains all non-financial record of the League. Responsible for accurate record keeping of the proceedings and activities of all meetings, responsible for the collection and distribution of all league correspondence, send out notices of meetings, keep attendance of meetings, keep registration papers, birth certificates, team rosters, etc. up to date.

Treasurer – Responsible for keeping an adequate and correct account of all financial records. Will keep an itemized account of receipts and disbursements, bank reconciliations for all accounts, provide a fiscal year end report at the annual meeting which shall include a balance sheet and a profit and loss statement. Responsible for depositing all monies in a timely manner.

Equipment Director – Shall have complete responsibility of all of the equipment owned by CBSL. Responsible for inventory of all equipment, provide teams with proper equipment, will make emergency umpire equipment and first aide kits available for use at the facility.

Umpire in Chief – The liaison between the league and the umpires. Will serve on the Protest Committee , will coordinate an umpire clinic and will assemble a list of volunteer umpires for emergency use for games.

Concessions Chairman – Responsible for overseeing concession stand. Prepare menu for the season, procure the food, monitor and recommend concessions equipment purchases to the Board, schedule volunteers, train snack shack volunteers and coordinate and deliver monies to Treasurer
