Panther Pack Registration Form
Annual Registration Fee:
Onetime fee paid to help maintain records, all administrative content such as weekly email reminders (practice, games), schedule changes and updates. All registration is done through Coach Martin and Not PSA.

**All registration fees are non-refundable but a credit may be applied to future Panther Pack Sanctioned events or seasons at coach's discretion. 

**Coaching tuition and fees are due at first of month. Fees are partially refundable at Coach's discretion.

Skills Practice:
Practices will focus on fundamentals of basketball: dribbling, shooting, defense, etc.

Team Only Practices: Additional focus on skills as well as specific team plays

Individual Stats Keeping: Each player will have their game stats recorded and displayed online.

Tournament Play: Included in Select team fees and available to Competitive teams at additional cost.

Player Fee/season: Includes all the court rental fees and registration of team for the season

Competitive Season Fee- Includes 8 extra practices per season, court rentals and registration for PSA League

*Annual Registration Fee and Player/Season Fee are DUE at Panther Pack Selection Day

*All rosters are limited to 8 players to ensure quality playing time and game experience.
*All Practices will have minimum 3 basketball coaches to maximize each players learning experience.
