North Jersey Catholic School Track Association

Will be held on Tuesday & Friday's (Tentative) from 6 PM to 7 PM. We will be splitting up the grades for practices. The practices will be held at:

St. Matthias School

Below is list of the events that will take place at the meets. We will walk the kids through a description of each event .

TRACK EVENTS

1600 Meter Run (6th Grade to 8th Grade)

800 Meter Run (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)

400 Meter Run (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)

Novice 400 Meter Run (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)

200 Meter Dash (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)

100 Meter Dash (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)

Novice 100 Meter Dash (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)

RELAYS

Medley (5th Grade - 8th Grade)

Mixed Medley (3rd Grade - 6th Grade)

4 x 100 Relay (3rd Grade to 4th Grade)
