6th Gup Green Belt-
Forms: Pyung ohn cho dan, Tae Guk Sahm Jang

Sixth Form: Pyung Ohn Cho Dan
Motive of Form: Originally called Jae-Nam. Mastering the Pyung Ahn forms one can develop a feeling of "Pyung Ahn" (peace, confidence, well-balance) in your mind and body regardlessof the situation. Practice of these forms will develop an ability of self defense.

Hand Techniques: (8-14)
8. Step back with right leg (fighting stance) left hand open hand block, grab opponets wrist with blocking hand, step in with right leg, forward cutting elbow strike to face- followed by a backwards cutting elbow strike to the face.
9. Step in horse stance straight arm open hand block, right elbow strike to midsection, right hand back fist to face, downward hammer strike to groin, finish in fighting stance.
10. Step back left leg (fighting stance) right hand open hand block, grab attacker's wrist, step forward slightly in with left leg- simultaneously pushing in 3 inches above the attacker's elbow in a downward motion, finish with a left handed elbow strike.
11. Step back with right leg (fighting stance) left hand open hand block, two hand grab of attacker's shoulders, finish with a knee to the midsection.
12. Step back with right leg (fighting stance) left hand open hand block, two hand grab of attacker's head, finish with a knee strike to the face.
13. Step in horse stance, straight arm right hand inward block, 360 spin turn to the left (feet cross during the turn), finish with left hand chop to temple.
14. Step 45 degree left with left leg, two-hand straight arm block, step 45 degrees in again, grab shoulders from behind, right leg strike to knee of attacker.

8. Right leg step back (fighting or back stance) left hand open knife hand block, left hand grabs opponets right arm, right leg roundhouse kick to opponets head.
9. From ready stance, shift body to left side front stance, right hand open hand block, grab opponets right arm, right leg hook kick to opponets head.
10. Fighting stance (left leg back), left leg out-side to in, right leg spinning back hook kick.
11. Fighting stance (left leg back), left leg midsection front kick, right leg front kick to opponets face.
12. Fighting stance (left leg back), left leg midsection front kick, right leg side-kick to opponets face.
13. Fighting stance (left leg back), left leg midsection front kick, right leg roundhouse kick to opponets face.
14. Fighting stance (left leg back), left leg midsection front kick, right leg outside-to-in, right leg side kick to opponets face.
One step Sparring (6 & 7)
6. Right foot forward 45 degrees to right into kima (back stance) to avoid attack, no block, right reverse punch to body, left punch to body, finish with right punch to head all three punches in rapid succession.
7. Right foot forward 45 degrees to the right into kima stance, simultaneously execute left outside knife hand block and a right reverse knife hand strike to opponets neck, grab opponets wrist and backof neck, then execute head butt to face, and right leg midsection knee strike.

Hand Techniques: (15-17)
15. Step 45 degrees left with left leg, two-handed straight arm block, step 45 degree’s in towards the left with the left leg, grab opponents eye’s, and right leg strike to the back of the opponents knee.
16. Step forward with right foot at 45 degree angle to the right, reach and chamber hands on the right side of the body (fist over fist), finish with block-heel palm combination (left hand is open palm block and right hand is a hell palm strike).
17. Step forward with right foot at 45 degree angle to the right, reach and chamber hands on the right side of the body (fist over fist), finish with block/two-finger strike combination to opponents eyes (left hand is open palm block and right hand is two-finger strike).
Kick Techniques: (15-17)
15. Right leg steps back front stance, downward (X) block to opponents front kick, pull kick in towards body, follow with a right hand punch to mid-section and right leg front kick to mid-section.
16. Fighting stance (right leg back) front axe kick followed by spinning axe kick with left leg.
17. Fight stance (right leg back) back wheel kick, followed by left leg front kick
