2026 UMPIRE MECHANICS CLINIC
Nevada District 4 will be hosting an umpire mechanics clinic February 21, 2026. This clinic is will help expirenced umpires refine their skills and provide a solid foundation for new umpires. Learn plate mechanics, base mechanics, positioning, timing and communication. Registration is required with a $25 fee. For more information see the clinic's flyer below. Hope to see you out there.

2026 RULES CLINIC
Nevada District 4 will be hosting a rules clinic on February 28, 2026. There will be a morning and afternoon sessions so manager and coaches can conduct their team practices and attend the clinic. The rules to be covered will focus on the 60' dimond kid pitch divisions but a lot of the rules apply to the 70' and 90' as well. We will not cover the bigger diamond rules like balks but would be happy to address any questions before or after

2025 SIGNIFICANT RULE CHANGES

Umpires wishing to apply for consideration for appointment to either a Regional or World Series should be registered in the Umpire Registry and complete the on-line Request Form. The completed form along with the attached valid government issued photo ID will be routed to the District Administrator for his consideration. The District Administrator will forward your completed request to the appropriate Regional Office for consideration.
