SKILLS ASSESSMENT INFO FOR JUNIOR, INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR DIVISIONS

In order to improve attendance for assessments with summer vacations, we have moved them up this year.

Although it is not mandatory, we strongly encourage players to participate in skills assessments so that we can ensure teams are balanced.

We are always looking for help in either assessment registration, scoring of athletes or running drills during assessments!! 

WHAT: Skills Assessment for Fall 2025 players

WHEN: Saturday, 6/14, 9am-10:15am JUNIORS ONLY

                                        10:45am-12pm INTERMEDIATES AND SENIORS ONLY

              Saturday, 6/21, 9am-10:15am INTERMEDIATES AND SENIORS ONLY

                                        10:45am-12pm JUNIORS ONLY

WHERE: Union Forge Park in High Bridge

WHO: All Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors division players. There are no Skills Assessments for Prewee and Peewee players.

DETAILS: Please wear cleats, shin guards and comfortable clothing. Bring plenty of water. Athletes only need to attend one skills assessment session.

Welcome to the 2025 soccer season! We’re thrilled to kick off another exciting year filled with great games, skill-building, and unforgettable memories.

HBYS is proud to be operating with a full board this season, including both returning and new members. We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated volunteers—without them, this program wouldn’t be possible!

This season, we’re excited to introduce a new program to HBYS: TOPSoccer! TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a recreational program designed for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities. It offers players of all abilities the chance to enjoy soccer in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
