Frequently asked questions.

How do I sign up?

Click on the link on the right hand side of the main page that says "2020 Season" under the title "registration".  This is currently the only way we register kids for baseball.  However if you are having trouble please email us and we will be happy to help!

How do I pay?

Once you finish entering the information required in registration the website will automatically assign your child to a division based on age.  If that division is acceptable to you, on the left hand column there will be a tab with "cart" on it, go to that tab and on that page you can enter your payment information by clicking submit registration and pay online.  This is the only location we take payment, if you have questions or are having difficulty please email us!

I want my child to play up or down a division, how do i do this?

We handle this on a case by case basis.  Register your child in their assigned division, BUT DO NOT PAY, then email us and let us know who you are, your player's name, what you are requesting, and why.  We will look at these requests and handle them as we feel is appropriate based on what information you provide. Exceptions cannot be made if the division is full.  This may mean you do not know for sure until the end of registration so be patient please!

I need to know when my child will practice to see if it will fit with my schedule!

The practice schedule is based on the fields we have available, your division and what dates and times your coach determines. There is no way to know until teams have selected their fields.

When and where will games be?

Games are typically on a weekday evening or Saturday, sometimes both in one week.    They will be held at Longmire Park and Vet's field as fields are available. Schedules will be posted on this site once they have been determined.

I want my child placed with a certain coach... how do I do that?

During the registration process, please add your request under the SPECIAL REQUEST section of the form. We attempt to honor your requests, but that is not guaranteed. It is based on the number of players on each team.  If your player plays in the Rookie division, a coach may only reserve 7 players.  Minors and Majors, your player will participate in the draft if not one of 5 reserved players.

Minors and majors, what is "the draft" and why?

Very simply its an organized practice with all the players in that division.  An evaluation day is a way for all of those coaches to get a look at your child and how they play.  After that practice they will choose which players they would like on their team.  A coach can only reserve 5 players including their own child prior to this evaluation, and only if they have coached a player previously.
