Club Elite Basketball Academy,  proudly presents the Next Level Player Development Program(NLPDP). This 21 Week program is dedicated to preparing a selective group of seriously committed youth basketball players who are willing to make the sacrifice to become better basketball players. New this year, the NLPDP will feature a varsity level high school basketball team for the 2021 AAU basketball season.

NLPDP  PROGRAM GOALS  

 The Next Level Player Development Program (NLPDP) is crafted for player improvements, their individual technique, and tactics, as well as the removal of acquired bad in-game habits. The emphasis is on individual hand, footwork, and timing to raise the basketball fundamentals and game tactics to the highest level possible. Through a  multi-phased teaching approach that focuses on skill development, player evaluations, and a rigorous competition  and instruction that will translate to the next level of basketball. Training development will begin with  ball-handling, shooting, passing/rebounding and game situation instruction to develop court awareness and increase efficiency.  The goal is for every player in  the program is to be more skilled, stronger, faster and a higher basketball IQ. All players in the NLPDP will be asked to commit to playing and participating at the highest level tournaments in order to consistently develop all skills that will be necessary to play basketball at the next level. SYSTEM

The applied  workout system NLPDP uses is based on the world-renowned European basketball training. system. The European system has shown to provide the youth and high school players with the best possible development opportunities. NLPDP will teach players the importance of hard work in a practice setting, as well as instilling a passion for the game in each of our players and a willingness to improve their skills. All players will learn through no pigeonhole position training. All players will be taught all of the skills on the court regardless of size, this will build mental discipline, player confidence, superior focus, game preparation, and a game-ready attitude. 

GAMES
All NLPD tournament basketball teams will participate in  tournaments/competitive events at the highest level to gain the highest level of playing experience, against top players and teams of highest  skill levels to test and help improve the player’s game.

 Game Base Drills-

Practices- All NLPDP tournament teams will practice 3-5 hours per week. Practices will be both weekdays and weekends (evenings). 

Practice facilities –  Elevate Gym, Oakwood Athletic Club in Lafayette, Tice Valley Gym  and other high-quality gyms in neighboring cities.

Coaches – All coaches have ample coaching experience at all different levels. 

2021 Tournaments ( 4-6 TBD )- 1st tournament will be in the month of June and the full tournaments schedule and tournament location TBA.

Travel –   All travel & accommodations for the players is a personal expense and is not covered by the program. CEBA will help arrange carpools and hotel room sharing.

Gear– All tournament players will be required to purchase a CEBA (Nike Uniform )Apparel Packet, fully-customized, reversible game uniform, shooting shirts.

All NLPDP + 2021 Summer Tournaments /AAU Teams (March 1st - 2021-August 1st, 2021) Cost $795 – includes: Practices facilities and CEBA (Nike Uniform)
