Gord T and Greg vs Glen and Steve
Just a few strokes given , Glen low at 7, both GT and Greg get 2, Stephen 3.
Trend for the front nine is established early as Greg splits 1 and 2, Gt applauds . Things turn for us when Greg hits a beauty on 3 to nine feet. Glen and Stephen get only manage bogies. Greg's straight putt downhill slips by 26" as does his comeback putt. All square still . That is until Stephen chips in for birdie on 4. Sideline GT is not happy with the way things are unfolding. Stephen has the only par on 5 , 2up. Gregs birdie on 6 stops the bleeding . Then Greg's lone par on 8 ties it up ( GT's comment , most holes are seeing lots of bad stuff with one or two players shining )  Greg's 37 on the front compensates for my one par contribution.
Greg pars 10 for the win and then GT birdies 12 to give G & G a 2 up edge. More bad golf on 13 with Glen ?? winning it with par. 14 split with pars and then 15. Greg, Mister Dependable, hits his drive 90 yards. GT hits it okay but playing into the wind knows he will be laying up . G & G after 2 lie 185 yds from the pin. Glen hits a low screamer , splash. The Doc hits a weak slice that sure seems O.B. . It is. G & G both hit to the green 80' away, Glen then joins them . 2 putts would be big . Greg is 13' short, GT 8' long . Glen joins Greg 13 below. Greg  then rolls in his putt for the win. 2up .
16 has three of us stroking. After 2 shots G&G short of the green 20yards , Glen 20 yards left. Stephens good drive is no help as his 2nd is in the right bunker. G & G then pitch to 9' below the hole, Glen is 10' right and above . ( Stephen was 35 feet away after bunker shot )  Glen makes the tricky sidehill slider for his par ! and the tie?
GT has a straight up the hill putt, makes it for game over.
Greg was 77 for his double win ( buying beers and 'that' trophy, isn't winning grand ! )
