The Spivey Magic (former #5 in the league) goes 4-1 on the weekend en route to their first-ever championship victory. On Saturday, the team was put in the toughest bracket with #2 Uncensored and #1 Super Smash Bro's in which they went 1-1 defeating #2 Uncensored and losing to #1 Super Smash Bro's. Securing the #5 seed for Sunday, the Magic then had to upset a 4-seed No Shot team and 1-seed Super Smash Bro's team (in extra innings) to make it to the championship game. In the last game of the day, the Magic took down 6-seed Catch a Wiff, securing revenge (0-3 on the year against the aformentioned team) and a huge standings-moving victory.
