A big Congrats to Smokey Joes on a well earned cup! They came out the gate flying high with a high powered offense! shooting 23 shots on net and scored 3 goals in the 1st period to establish a solid lead. 

The Hooligans did get one back and went into the 2nd period down 1-3. 

In the 2nd, Andy was tested and faced 20 shots and withstood the attack only giving up 1 goal but still in control with a lead of 3-2. 

In the 3rd Smokey Joes kept up the pressure with 22 shots on net in the 3rd and got another by Harding to regain a 2 goal lead. 

But the Hooligans were not going to fade into the night without a fight and got one more back  and the stage was set for an exciting finish at 3-4

With the Goalie pulled for one last chance, the Hooligans tried but could not beat the defense and goaltending of Smokey Joes, And the Capt Matt Swan Finished off the Hooligans with an empty net goal, and took home the win 5-3 Final.
