If you need to cancel a registration, we will put a refund through for you, less the transaction fee which our site host does not enable us to refund, as long as you let us know before the applicable registration deadline. We are not able to carry credits, and we can't provide refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline. We generally do not reopen registration, or process refunds, if an activity is postponed for weather or another reason beyond our control.

For our regular monthly Friday dances, the registration deadline is 6 p.m. on the immediately preceding Tuesday. The registration deadline for the annual Formal Dinner Dance is earlier and is included in the invite when it is circulated and posted. We can't accommodate requests to sign up after registration has been closed.
