1. Tabled items from last meeting

1. Gallia- They contacted Kyle about joining them not them joining us again. They had 6 teams in their league with one leaving and one thinking about leaving and they did a few hours later. They was down to 4 teams. They was looking for us to join them and still have home and away games. For example a away game could be all the way in proctorville for us. It was in teams A, B, C teams in ages not per grade C team starting at age 5, They also have flag football for younger kids. Cost was $90 per team to join. Cheer was $150 per team to join this would get them into the competition but if they miss the first game or another game in the season they would not be allowed to be in it. Their meeting was before out next meeting. A message with all info was sent to board members and others in the league with voting rights. It was voted NO by all.

4. League name- Our paperwork is now on the IRS site and everything is in process with getting out name changed. I have went ahead and changed it on hangouts besides a few cause itll take some time to get all this done.
   
   

5. Equipment thats still out. I forgot all about this to go get it. New date to pick this up. Carrie is going to make a facebook post then in a week Kyle and Nick will be going on a weekend to pick everything up.

8. Conditioning July 8-12 No cheer will be there this week only football

9. Camp July 15-19 Football and cheer this week. Parents meeting would be that 17th
   
   

10. Paperwork

1. To help us with paperwork and parents' paperwork, Since we keep everything on file for 7 years if a child has played in last season all they will need is an updated concussion form and signup form. All other papers will stay on file with us. If insurance has changed that will need to be updated. If a child plays in the 2023 season, skips the 2024 season, then plays in the 2025 season all paperwork will need to be updated beside the birth certificate. If another form would to be added for the following year then that form will need to be filled out.

2. Volunteer and coach Applications will need to be done every year for insurance reasons.
   
   

Opening floor: Nick wants no more Drama within the league is something is started we should take action ASAP.

Notes: Angie said she was quitting cause she was told there was no need for 2 fliers for sign-ups at the schools one for cheer and one for football that they are fine being on one flier. If she wanted to make her flier it would have to be approved by the board due to the policy in place that any kind of paperwork would have to be approved by the secretary and then the board due to parents overstepping in the 2022 season handing out papers with the wrong information on it. Angie did leave during the meeting and was asked if she was quitting and she said no as of right now.
