Team Captains/Coaches and Team Members please include team name when registering.  If no team name listed you will be assigned a team.

If signing up as a free agent please indicate if you have additional free agents you would like to be teamed with as well as Male (M) or Female (F).

Season will run April-July.  Games are expected to be 6P Tuesdays and Thursdays at B24 Field or Sunnybrook Park in Worcester Township.

Dues will be collected by team Captains/Coaches (TBD, between $150-$250 per team).
