Instructions for Rainouts and Cancelling/Rescheduling Games
Cancelling and or rescheduling games instructions:
- 1st text/call must to the umpire association as soon as possible to cancel the ump

- 3rd text/call only If the umpire is not supplied by Joe Bolton, then text 724-561-2772 or email CVCLeague@hotmail.com so the game can be postponed on the site and also text/email the rescheduled date so it can be listed
- Reschedule games by working with the opponent and your orgs field scheduler to find an agreeable reschedule date. Contact your umpire org listed above and text the CVC for website update 724-561-2772.
You must reschedule a game within 72 hours to a future date.
