Town Hall, Gloves, and K's lead to a Frosty split

The Frosties left Town Hall victims of a split last night as a result of an evil fence, evil gloves, and evil K's (evil Joe included).  A convincing 28-16 game one win, where the Frosties put up the majority of their runs with all the home runs exhausted was a good start.  Big Pete Delia went deep for a 3-run shot in the first, Nicky "I GOT IT" Harrison put two monsterous shots out to center, and Senior Advisor Tony Freddo hit a three-run shot and kept his continuous hit streak alive at 13.  The rest of the Frosties poured it on - Pete "the Rookie" Vanderdrift had a big night shooting lasers through the infield, Chris "PBJ" Catania is absolutely on fire this Fall, TK had three hits, and grizzled veterans Brian "Casino" Goerke, Joe "Stats" Gonzalez, and Rob "the Regulator" Goerke shored up the remainder of the lineup.  The CCD had major Town Hall issues featuring his lack of bat control with a 250 foot fence.  Artie "Pants" kept the infield at least a little bit respectable.

Game two saw the Frosty glove and K work in full effect.  A circus of miscues and several strikeouts did in the Frosties.  Home runs by Artie "Pants", Big Pete Delia, Senior Advisor Freddo, and the CCD/GM/Head Coach were present.

We head to Venetian next week for a Thursday night encounter with TJ Finleys, who split with the team we just played previously.  So far only Pete "Harrison" is OUT.  Nick "Harrison" is on beer.  Senior Advisor Freddo is on cooler.  See you there!
