The Frosty bats came alive again with two big wins against a tough TJ FInleys squad by scores of 29-17 and 23-22. 

 

Thanks to the state-of-the-art audio equipment brought down by Frosty Management as well as plenty of beverages to keep the EH's entertained, the Frosty bench was definitely the place to be.  Luckily, the Frosty bats kept our halves of the inning longer than usual allowing all Frosty Yankee fans to listen live to more stupid Strat-o-matic baseball moves by coach Joe G (not our Joe G) broadcasted by the two most annoying broadcasters in all of radio.

 

Anyway, Frosties won.  Game one saw TJ Finleys jump out to an 8-0 lead which was quickly history after a Frosty 4-run 2nd and 15-run 3rd.  Brian "the dirtiest player in the game" Goerke held down the Finleys bats, while bombs by Senior Advisor Freddo, Artie "Pants" Maisano, Big Pete Apostolides, and Nicky "Road House" Harrison carried the offense  Everyone else contributed big and we'll just leave it at that.  The Frosties also welcomed back Gino "the Surgeon" Gaeta who fits right in our offense like a glove.

 

Game two saw four big blasts by players named Kalina.  TK/GQ cleared the netting in right center for a monsterous 2-run blast.  The CCD had a A-rodesque finish to the double header with 3 consecutive home runs, the last two grand slams, and 11 RBI.  The CCD will now fake an injury for the remainder of the season to keep the hot streak going through the winter.  Everyone else got big, timely hits, especially as the Frosties rallied back from a 13-0 deficit and the defense was surprisingly solid....with of course our right-center fielder watching a fly ball go over his head.

 

The Frosties picked up two big wins.  We play Tuesday against the 0-8 Patkin Photographers, who we shoudn't take lightly because they are playing everyone close.  Senior Advisor Freddo and Artie Pants are out.  The Joe G Rolodex has been opened.  Stay tuned!
