The Braves Finally Capture a World Series Title

June 4, 2019 – 03:58 AM

After five long, hard years, the 510 Braves are finally victorious in the 510WL. They defeated the Camp Creek Bombers in a winner-take-all game 5 that ended with a score of 9-8. De'Sean Glanton hit a walk-off single to clinch the title for the Braves. "This is just very overwhelming man....I waited and trained patiently for my opportunity to be a champion, and it came. I just give glory to God for providing me with Anthony Carter and our abilities to play to a World Series-caliber man...No matter what you do never give up...whether you get success right away or you have to wait as I did for mine just work your hardest no matter what." Wise words by De'Sean after his first World Series victory in five years. Anthony Carter was also ecstatic after his first World Series win as a rookie. Tears were shed after the World Series by both sides of the battle. Some of victory and glory, and some of remorse and despair. However, this series did not disappoint the players nor fans who watched the games on Instagram Live. They saw feuds and a war of words in game 1. The Braves captured game 1, and after that, they fell in games 2 & 3, and there was a show of doubt in the Braves. However, in game 4, Anthony Carter had an absolutely stellar pitching performance closing the game. Carter spoke on his performance saying this," Man I did what I had to do for the sake of the team." With the summer session approaching, the same question is being asked. Can the Braves start a dynasty and will they ever stop winning?
