All registration WILL CLOSE on February 7, 2020 at 11:59PM.

SPRING 2020 REGISTRATION FEES:

| 5U - 10U (born 2010 - 2015) | $60 |
| Recreational U11 - U12 (born 2008 - 2009) | $90 |

This price includes the uniform (jersey, shorts, socks) for all players.
The player will also need shin guards, cleats and a soccer ball.shin guards (required to be worn at practice and games)
Soccer shoes are recommended but not required. Toe cleats ARE NOT ALLOWED.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate.
- The player has to be born in 2015 to be eligible to play in Spring 2020. Exceptions cannot be made due to insurance guidelines/requirements.
- Late registration will start 02/08/2020 at 12:00 a.m. and will be assessed a $25 late fee. Late players will be randomly assigned to teams as space allows.
- Late registration will be handled on a first come, first served basis by email only. For more information send an email to kaydsw@yahoo.com and include your players name and DOB. PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER DURING THE DATE LISTED.
