Treasury Report

• Currently our account balance is $1,617.

President

• Banquet - Need to sell tix - Send out email reminders to teams and will be posted on FaceBook

• Banquet Scheduled for January 26 -

• Menu -$250 for food - need pasta, spaghetti sauce, meatballs, rolls, butter, salad, dressing, drinks, silverware, plates, napkins, salad plates ($500 Total)

• Need Catering dishes

• Planning for 250 people

• DJ $250 - Photobooth $600

• Silent Auction - gift cards, Cindy will help - Jami will reach out to her

• Fundraisers -

• Jene will look into bowling fundraiser

• Ashley will look into Bethany Blues fundraiser

• Sushi at Lewes Restaurant

• Lock-in at Cape High School - Rock - A - Thon

• Sweats and other Cape Gear for sale at banquet

• Board Positions -

• Jami Ferro - taking over as president

• Dwight Tingle - Football Commissioner

• Kim Webb - Scholastics

• Looking for people to help on the board  - anyone willing to help must attend meetings to sit on the board

• Coaches - anyone interested in coaching needs to step up - (will make annoucement at banquet)

• Fundraising - Cheer and Football Fundraising people needed

• Long list of kids getting awarded!
