Due to low registration, the coaching clinics scheduled for the weekend of July 6-7 has been tentatively re-scheduled for July 20-21.  The information below has been updated with the new dates.

During the weekend of July 20-21, there will be four coaching clinics as part of Baseball Canada’s Initiation Coached Trained (ICT) Program in Gander. The clinics will take place at St. Paul’s Intermediate in Gander.

The clinic schedule is as follows:

• Saturday July 20: 9:00 am Initiation Clinic
  
• Saturday, July 20: 2:00 pm Planning Clinic
  
• Sunday, July21: 9:00 am Teaching and Learning Clinic
  
• Sunday, July 21: 2:00 pm Absolutes Clinic

All coaches interested in attending these clinics are required to complete the prerequisite Baseball Canada on-line module prior to July 20. The on-line module can be completed at Baseball Canada NCPP. The first step to complete  this process is to answer the questions in the Coaching Goals section. Then under Notes there is a tab to register for the on-line module. The cost of the on-line module is $37.45.

After completing the online module, you must pre-register for the classroom courses via your profile at Baseball Canada NCPP.  Click on the “Course Listing” link on left side of web page.  The total cost for the four classroom ICT clinics is $200.  Payment will be accepted prior to the start of the first session. 

The completion of the on-line module and four classroom clinics will meet the minimum requirements of Baseball NL to coach in provincial championships.
