Coach Jared's Suggested Summer Workout

There is no way you won't be in shape this coming fall season if you follow this!

RECOMMENDED DAILY ROUTINE:

Day 1 (Sunday) Conditioning & Ball work Dribbling and moves

Day 2 (Monday) Sprints and Technical work (technical dribbling and wall work)

Day 3 (Tuesday) Conditioning & Functional Training

Day 4 (Wednesday) OFF/STRETCH DAY - off day ball work, juggling, and core

Day 5 (Thursday) Conditioning & Technical Work

Day 6 (Friday) Sprints & Functional Training

Day 7 (Saturday) OFF/STRETCH DAY - off day ball work, juggling, and core

RULES TO LIVE BY:

1. Regardless of your schedule, you should try to meet the following goals every week:

Conditioning – 3 x’s a week.
Touching a ball – 5-7 x’s a week. Practice can be substituted for ball work.
Functional Training – Twice a week is mandatory

2. Always take two days off to Stretch, Recover and Juggle and do a Core workout. DO NOT ever take consecutive days off. 

 

Here are the Specifics: 

  • Don't forget we have optional JV and Varsity workouts Monday,

  • Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 at Ross Elementary

  • beginning June 6th!
