OLD BRIDGE LITTLE LEAGUE WORK HOUR POLICY

It is the policy of Old Bridge Little League to offer families an option to perform 6 work hours or to become exempt from these hours by payment of a flat, non-refundable fee. This is in addition to normal registration fees. This $150 fee is to be paid by a check made out to OBLL, post dated to July 1, 2024 and given at uniform pickup. If the 6 work hours are not completed by July 1, 2024, the $150 check will be cashed. **NOTE:  If you know you will be unable to fulfill your work bond requirement, you can choose to pay the workbond of $150 upfront by either choosing the Workbond Forfeiture option online or providing us a check and notifying us of your forfeiture at uniform pick-up.

*Managers/Coaches who fulfill their duties through either Spring or Fall season will be considered to have fulfilled their work bond requirement.  There will be no additional hours required.  Duties include attending the umpire clinic (Managers required; Coaches encouraged), attending 2 coaches clinics (Managers required; Coaches encouraged), attending weekly player's clinics (at least 2 members from coaching staff need to be in attendance), attending weekly team practice (at least 2 members from coaching staff need to be in attendance), attending games (at least 2 members from coaching staff need to be in attendance), and 1 member of each team's coaching staff needs to attend each General Meeting from March - June.
