Team Registration Opens September 28, 2023

You Need At Least 7 Players On Your Team, Maximum 11. Players Must Pay On Community Pass Before Put On Your Roster. Click Here For The Community Pass Link. No Players On The School Team. If A Player Is Trying Out For The High School Team, DO NOT put them on your roster! You can add them after tryouts  (if they don't make the team) If a player has not paid, they will be removed from your roster.  

Step #1: All players on your roster must register and pay on Community Pass Click Here. Make sure you enter the team captain's name on the Community Pass registration form.  For help, click on the "How to use Community pass" tab under the "pages" menu on this page. 

Players can pay by credit card on Community Pass.  If any player wants to pay in person (check or exact cash), they can come to the Parks & Recreation Department in the Community Center at Woodlot Park Weekdays 8:30am - 4:00pm.

Step #2: (TEAM CAPTAINS ONLY) -  Complete the team roster form located on this website.

Click on the "Forms" tab at the top of the home page. Then click on "Team Roster Form/League Rules" Complete the form titled "Team Roster Form" and attach the form to an email. Send to the Director Of Basketball Operations Rob Messina when form is completed: rmessina1@sbtnj.net

Once your roster is submitted, we will check the payment status for each player. If at least 7 players are paid, then your team will be listed in the team section on this website.  

The roster form can hold up to 11 players maximum.  If you would like to have more than 11 players on your roster, please send an e-mail to rmessina1@sbtnj.net

FYI - (We have had more then 11 players on a roster before, and it just doenst work) 

Mandatory - Adult Supervisors

Every team must have a “Supervisor” sitting on the bench for the duration of each game. The “Supervisor” must be 21 years old or older. They also have to be related to someone on the official roster. The supervisor’s responsibility is to assist the team captain with player discipline when needed. If a “Supervisor” is not present that team will forfeit there game.

Not Mandatory/Optional - Student Coaches

Each team can have up to two student coaches who will be able to sit on the teams bench during games. (We added this rule last year and it worked out great) If you'd like a student coach, have the Captain add there name to the roster under "Student Coaches."

If the student coach does not appear on the roster, they are NOT PERMITTED to sit on the bench during the game. A student coach may be on only one roster and cannot be a player in the league.

Student coaches are not required to register and pay on Community Pass. They Cannot Play In Any Game.  Student Coaches do not replace your Adult Supervisor.
