 These guidelines are subject to change as set forth by the state and local government guidelines for high school and youth sports are updated.

Practice / Gameday Guidelines for Players and Coaches

 

1.   Filling out pre-screening form daily for every player & coach

 

2.   Temperatures taken upon arriving at field for every player & coach

 

3.   Sanitizers available on bleachers & benches (if they’re there), snack stand counter, each coach (small bottle) and coach’s bag

 

4.   Players bring their own, labeled water bottles.  No sharing.  No jugs.  Suggested that players bring a backpack with their labeled water bottles, cell phone, sanitizer.  Bags will be placed by team & distanced from one another.

 

5.   Masks / gaiters must be worn by coaches, when not conflicting with instruction

 

6.   League mandatory lower facemask shields must be worn at all times, no exceptions.

 

7.   Players are suggested to keep their helmets on at all times, especially during games, to ensure face is covered.  When helmet is not being worn, gaiters should be used, except when player has just finished activity and is catching their breath.

 

8.   All equipment is to be wiped down & sanitized before and after practice.  Sleds and tackling dummies are to be sanitized between group and/or level usage.

 


Practice / Gameday Guidelines for Families / Fans / Officials

 

1.   All fans should be 6’ apart and maintain social distancing.  Exceptions are immediate family members of the same household.  Gaiters / face coverings are recommended for practice, may be mandatory for games, depending on game location.

 

2.   Please refrain from touching any football equipment, sleds, tackling dummies.  Also, when possible, please do not hang on or sit on playground equipment.

 

3.   Chain & yard marker crew should be wearing face coverings and gloves.
