For all Ads, please enclose camera-ready artwork or pictures. Names and Messages must be typed and submitted exactly how you want it printed. Digital artwork is best and can be emailed to: Irish Fishback at woodlandfootball@gmail.com please notate student’s name, activity and grade on the email. Or submit any original pictures with this form and payment in an envelope and give it to your head coaches or directors over the program. The Gridiron President will collect forms and payments once a week from respective designated coaches/directors. Payments must be received prior to publication to be included.
