News

We are a Summer Youth Track Club located in Clayton County Georgia who's makeup includes boys and girls ranging in age from 7-18 years. We prepare our athletes to compete on both a local and National level. We participate in both USATF and AAU sanction meets. Our track seasons starts in February and run thru early August.

Our Mission

We have chosen track and field as our vehicle to positively impact young people. From a competitive standpoint, we train our athletes to work hard, to master their craft, to set and conquer performance goals, and to compete with class. We take pride in teaching our athletes the "art of running and jumping". From a culture standpoint, we use the lessons of track and field to foster individual accountability, work ethic, sportsmanship, collaboration, and camaraderie.

Join Us

Cougar Track Club is looking to build a long lasting relationship with both the parents and kids. We want to always reflect on the scripture that says,“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. .” Proverbs 22:6

The End Results

We want our athletes to be positively impacted emotionally, socially, and physically. There will be many personal victories along the way: new PR's, execution of new skill/technique, or a national championship. However, most importantly, our athletes are better prepared to be productive citizens.
