Blazers Softball, We ae extremely pleased to announce a new alliance between Hobb Engler Little League and Lenape Blazers Softball.   We have registered a parent organization with state of NJ, Lenape Valley Youth Baseball and Softball League, LLC where Hobb Engler Little League will be the Baseball Arm and Lenape Blazers will be the Softball Arm.  This will allow each to continue to play in respective leagues. No changes on leagues and/or respective rules.   We believe this is a wonderful alliance for the Byram Township and surrounding areas for youth baseball and softball and offers us a unified “One Community Together Platform.”   As we progress in our joint venture, you will notice new initiatives such as (but not limited too): Online registration for both Hobb Engler Little League & Lenape Blazers Softball through: https://tshq.bluesombrero.com/hebll Social Media including Facebook Integration of both Leagues Shared field usage (CO Johnson & NG Fields) Combined Apparel ordering capabilities & portal 4/5 year old Boys & Girls Kickball League Joint Fundraisers We will conduct joint meetings the 1st Tuesday Evening of each month (open to public participation)  and as we progress, develop many other synergistic concepts.  This is a proud day for our boys and girls and I am beyond excited and thank the Hobb Engler Board Members (past and present) and the Lenape Blazers Board Members (past & present) for this commitment and look forward to the many years ahead. The Lenape Blazers Softball League was established in 1992. The Blazers draw young ladies from the Lenape Valley School District, which consists of residents from Byram, Netcong and Stanhope and also welcome the participation of Hopatcong residents . Our girls fast-pitch softball league consists of a Travel program and a Recreation program.

We have Travel Teams at the 8U - 16U levels that are registered in the North West Sparta Spring League, the Denville Summer League and the Jefferson Fall League and participate in 5 to 6 Tournaments yearly.

Our Recreation program has four levels: Rookie(K/1st), Intermediate(2nd/3rd/4th), Junior(5th/6th) and Senior(7th/8th/9th), and participates in the Northwest Skylands League.

The Blazers Softball Program encourages teamwork & sportsmanship, while promoting individual growth, fairness and healthy competition in a positive manner.
