The team parent from each team is expected to attend this meeting. If he/she is unable to attend, the team manager or other representative should attend. All caps (with info regarding embroidering names on them), photo packets, patches for sleeves, and plenty of information regarding the responsibilities of the team parent will be shared at this meeting.
