Information:
All rostered adults and registered players must obtain a player ID Card for the Fall 2014 Season.
Adults must present a valid ID (for verification purposes only) and a copy of your RISK MANAGEMENT/BACKGROUND CHECK APPROVED card. (you may access this via your GOTSOCCER account).
Players must present a copy of their birth certificate (for verification purposes only)in order to obtain your player ID Card.
There may be a possibility of additional days in which to get your player ID Card. Information regarding those day/s are forthcoming.
