    You’ll have 24/7 access to our administration web site. This will allow you to maintain the information that appears on your site. It’s easy to use and there is no technical expertise required to setup and maintain a site on LeagueLineup.com.

  • How long may we use the free sites?

    You can use them for as long as you like. There is no time limit.

  • How do I determine how many players we have?

    You should use the total number of active members of your organization. This includes the total of all players, cheerleaders, dancers, cub scouts or any other group member. However, it does not include coaches, parents, administrators, officials or another volunteers. If you don’t know how many participants you will have this year, you can use last year’s numbers.

  • How do I setup URL and EMAIL FORWARDING?

  • How do I collect our commissions?

    Your commission will be transferrable to a Paypal account once you’ve earned at least $10.00 in commissions.
    You can also use your commissions to upgrade to Pro or Elite and pay for other LeagueLineup services

Upgrade
  • How can we upgrade from Pro to Elite?

    You can upgrade by paying the difference in the two upgrades by CLICKING HERE. Once the payment is received we’ll upgrade you to Elite.

  • Is the upgrade fee a monthly or annual fee?

    The LeagueLineup Pro and Elite upgrade fees are annual fees.

  • How long does it take for the upgrade to take affect?

    Your site is upgraded immediately after your payment is received.

  • Do I lose any information on my site when I upgrade?

    No. All information remains on your site and you’ll continue to access it using your LeagueLineup URL. When you upgrade the ads will be removed and the PRO features will be added immediately.

  • What online payment methods do you accept?

    We accept online payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay with a Paypal account or eCheck. You can CLICK HERE to pay online.

  • Can we pay for upgrades by check?

    Yes, you can send a check ($US Funds only) to: LeagueLineup.com, 5757 Main Street, Suite 200, Frisco, TX 75034. Your site will be upgraded once the check is received. (IMPORTANT: Please include your site’s URL with your check.)

  • Is the fee automatically charged each year?

    No, the payment must be made manually each year. You will receive email and online notifications when your site upgrade is up for renewal.

  • How do banner ads work?

    1. Set the price and the # of banners to sell.

    2. Sell banner ads to your local sponsors.

    3. Upload your sponsor’s banner to your site.

    4. Keep 100% of the revenue.

  • Where do you get banner ads?

    There are a number of ways to generate banner ads for your sponsors:
    – Have your sponsor provide them
    – Generate a standard banner using the Sponsors admin page of your site
    – Create a banner using any number of graphic software packages such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Paint, etc.
    – Use online image creators
