Bears outlast Raiders
Nolan Kline tossed a 4-hitter as the Bears defeated the Raiders, 5-1. Kline came within one out of a 3-hit shutout before Daniel Webster delivered an rbi-single to ruin the shutout. Kline then retired Dom Kennedy on a ground out for the win. Tate Yergey and Billy Coleman collected a pair of hits for the Bears. Coleman also made two key defensive plays, throwing out a base stealer and picking a runner off of third base with only one out. Bradley Rutherford started out strong, retiring the first ten batters that he faced.
