Clinic: $ 55.00 plus $20.00 raffle tickets to sell per family
All other age groups $75.00 plus $20.00 raffle tickets to sell per family

Board Meetings are held the First And Last Wednesday Of Each Month @ 8PM. You don't have to be a board member to attend these meetings.

Hamilton Board and Committee Positions for Upcoming 2009 Season
The reason you are receiving this letter is that the Board at Hamilton would like for you to consider serving as one of the Board Members or volunteering to head one of our yearly activity committees. As you may know, Hamilton Baseball is a non-profit, independently run organization. Without help from our friends and parents Hamilton Baseball will struggle to continue to provide the quality and care this organization deserves.
In the past the Board has consisted of the same few people year after year and it has become difficult for them to handle all of the activities that occur here at Hamilton. We would like to invite you to join our “family” and inject new blood and ideas. Many of us have heard some good suggestions from the community here but lack the manpower to put them in place. You can make a difference!
Below are the positions that need to be filled on a yearly basis. The board positions are voted on in August for the upcoming year and the committees chairs are assigned at the same time. Do not worry about not knowing what is expected from you, we will be here to help and guide you through the process as you get comfortable with the duties surrounding these positions.
